Korea Grad Trip Day 9 - 23Jun12

Day 9: Back to Seoul + Myeong Dong + Dongdaemun

The toilet of Yeha! Guesthouse
Very clean and I liked it very much! Will definitely go back to stay if I'm going Jeju next time

Early in the morning and still lazing around the bed?
Come on! Wakey Wakey, it's breakfast time!

Self made breakfast
Scramble egg + Toast with Jam
Sounds very yummy~
Took a photo with the Guesthouse's best worker for the month. Hurray!

On our way back to Seoul at the Jeju airport
Still as happy as before :)

Taking the EASTAR domestic flight back to Seoul
The air stewardess were really very beautiful

Back at Seoul, in the subway
Look at Von & Weisi, they're always on the iPhone!
We took photos throughout the whole journey at anywhere. I was quite impressed by myself too, having taking so much photos for memorial.

I love this BBQ restaurant because the food just taste super Ma Shi So Yo (delicious)
Thumbs Up!

Ingredients of the dishes we ordered and now, "Ready Get Set GO!" cook

Off we go for shopping at Myeong Dong after the fulfilling BBQ lunch. Seriously, after some time, we were very tired after walking for such long time so we decided to settle dowm for a cup of coffee and some donuts at Krispy Kreme. Wise MOVE!

Then we had Baskin Robbins super LARGE ice cream. Super worth it!
The cakes were extremely well made as well.

We just kept digging in, further into till nothing was left :p

Happy fivesome :)
Weisi & Von wondered off on their own -_-

See~ They're here watching the train tracks -_-|||

They went to some very unique park with lots of huge sculptures around

Acting again -_- (this face icon appears 3 times in a row!)
Hello teddy!

Last place to visit for the day - Dongdaemun!
Yeah! It's late night shopping time!

Korea Grad Trip Day 8 - 22Jun10

Day 8: Jeju 1 day tour (by Yeha! Guesthouse) + Teddy Bear Museum

All ready to set off for the Jeju exploring!! ROAR! 1st stop, hiking here we come!

We're only halfway through and just look at their expressions. LOL!
Ling and ZY were SO tired!

Edmund went for a horse ride which I think cost around SGD5
He got three rounds on the field and photo taking with the charming horse :)

The hiking mountain was called "Cheng Shan Ri Chu Feng"
It's very famous in Jeju. If you have the chance to go Jeju, do go and experience it.

Although everyone was very tired after climbing such great heights, but the feeling to be at the top after the effort was superb! NO PAIN NO GAIN!

Next we went to a Korean drama scene location
If I did not remember wrongly, it should be the drama "ALL IN" where the two leads were married.
Ling and Jean acting a new drama there called "Titanic 2010". LOL!

Lunch time! The theme is called Lunch by the Sea!
Photos with the food :)

Von's mum, Juliet and Von's brother, Edmund
Yummy~ :)
Group photo by the sea :) Strong wind thou. LOL!

Next stop was going down to a tunnel. As the tunnel was simply too dark, we couldn't really take any good photos. But, it was very very cold inside! Cold water was dripping above us and we're walking on big rocks. DO remember to wear thick sole shoes and bring your jacket along if you're going.

After the cold tunnel, we went outdoors for some fresh air and phototaking
New series of posing here (",)

Ling and Jean sure knows how to entertain themselves. Almost all photos that they took were so hilarious. That's a compliment!
I love the photo where von was kneeling down to tie her shoe lace. Just LOVE it!

We were almost at our last destination for the Jeju Tour. Some exhibition which displayed drawings of some artistic old times love relationship. But after yesterday's LOVE Museum visit, this was nothing BOOMZ as compared. Nevertheless, it was great to have the chance to see all those art works. Just tell me, who gets to have this kind of chances like us?

Weisi is already very tall, but look at the ostrich. LOL!

What is Weisi doing? -_-
But the bears are really CUTE~

How does it feel to sit on the driver's seat?
Just look at their expressions, each of them tell a different story.

This is the last stop! Waterfall!
The waterfall was really strong and cold! But we still wanted to soak our legs in the water.
It was just SHIOK!

Yeah! Look how happy we were. Jeju is really a great place for beautiful scenery and relaxing moments. All troubles just gone with the water.

The waterfall impact was really big
Super Cold~~
But I still LOVE it because it's so beautiful! Even small little kids love it.

Exhausted after a whole day of exploring. Everyone just look tired in the bus but we still have our very last stop, the Teddy Bear Museum! See Weisi was extremely happy as a flower :)

Here we've reached the Teddy Bear Museum. I wanted to come so long time ago and now finally, my dream came true :)

We're at the Teddy Bear Park :)

Look at the gigantic Teddy Bear! I think it will need 6 of me to fill it up.

Some really nice shots with the Teddies!

When you see lots of teddies around you, there are several reactions that you would have. But for me, there's only ONE! And that is go crazy over it! All the teddy merchandises are so so cute! I wish I could buy the whole store back!

There's a teddy store keeper selling fruits; and the Korea drama "My Princess Hours" Teddies; and the Mona Lisa Teddy

Footprints in the lift :)

Starving after the long and adventurous tour in Jeju so we went to the nearest BBQ restaurant to satisfy our tummies. Yum Yum~

The restaurant was very authentic and all of us had to remove our shoes before entering the eating area. Look at ZY, he's trying to be funny again :p

The Korea BBQ side dishes were overwhelming. The meat was so juicy and YES! It's really delicious! :) Now, it just made my saliva drool -_-

We headed back to the Guesthouse after dinner. After washing up ourselves, I finally had the time to take some photos of the Guesthouse. Look at ZY and Weisi, they looked very happy :) Oh! And I wrote my thoughts for the trip on the Simpson notebook. I'm very proud of it!

Company trip - Oct 2011

wah when was the last time I blog? (seriously don't rememberrrr)
OK anyway I cannot remember if I told you guys that I have resigned from PSB in July 2011 and join a ceiling + drywall company as a sales executive
as quoted from my senior "做sales的是没有尊严的”
so in order not to eat grass, you must know how to act friend-friend with the contractors and professional + ATAS (Dictionary : ATAS (ah-tahs) , it describes someone as snobbish or arrogant) with architects. cannot appear to be desperate for business infront of them ok *flicks hair* ok so far so good after working here for 3mths. 吃不饱饿不死 but heng I have a great bunch of (crazy & fun) colleagues + boss! And one of the perks is the annual company trip (which is today's 重点 of my post)

We get to go Krabi in end oct - but hello they went japan + taiwan last year :(
plan to extend the trip and go BKK but because of the flood we change to Phuket.
Note: This company trip includes our colleagues from malaysia office and sales reps from Taiwan, korea etc. Total approx 30 people but I only took pictures of our own SG office people. lol anti-social

Been eating Tom Yam for every single meal (except breakfast of cos) for first 2 days until we see Tom Yam also scared

Daniel (big boss) with all the girls.
Both crystal (bottom right in pink) and Daniel don't smoke, just trying to act Mafia. lol
so LOR-MAN-TIC
this is Jessie (accounts)
from left - crystal (operations), me & william (IT - malaysia colleague)
Total 6 ladies in SG office. So plus 3 male managers, we only have 9 people lol
Top row from left - Angie (operations), me, Crystal (operations)
Bottom from left - Genn (sales), Audrey (sales), Jessie (accounts)
Top row, 3rd lady from left is Lynette from malaysia office who is doing regional sales
(so get to fly around. shiok)
this pic proves that girls are ever-ready for a photo - anytime, anywhere
relaxing while checking in to Phuket
lunch
don't know if they call this Tuk Tuk cos it's slightly different from those we see in BKK. seats are in rows. so can take up to 8 people (4 on each side)
chio room with chio bed
at the night market and since it's raining, we take pic while waiting for the rain to stop
Go thailand of cos must eat phat thai
local hawker stall
random pic of a bar. it's was still early (6-7pm?) thus it is empty. 越夜越精彩! sexy girls will be pole dancing on the bar top later in the night. Oh and we went to watch Thai Girl show. It was scaryyy (gross)
group pic before sea sport. we tried parasailing, jet ski and banana boat
parasailing
Dinner on last night before we return to SG

oh and for our annual D&D (ok to be exact is simple dinner haha),
we will be going KL on 08 Nov woohoo! Wait for my blog post k!
