FYP Interim Report

a sample design of my FYP web application

I was spending my whole afternoon sitting in front of my mac laptop to do my computer assignments. It took mi 5hrs and a half to complete my FYP interim report which consisted only 5 content pages. Sounds ridiculous but its e ugly truth.

After blogging, I'm going to start working on my part of Prof Com powerpoint slides. Hope it won't drag. Happy Halloween btw. Nice & creative idea ym. Thumbs Up!!

Stage Fright

I must really admit that I'm SUPER WEAK when I'm presenting a presentation. It's really a bad thing when u shivers and grits ur teeth while waiting for ur turn to speak. I did that this morning during HRM last tutorial presentation.

I've always have this problem, stage fright if I were to speak in front of e whole class. My reacting actions were, read my speech super fast with my words broken and staring at e audience blurly. I jus quickly looked through them once in a while to pretend that I'm presenting to ALL of them. That's horrible I know but I couldn't helped it. Sometimes, in order to calm myself a little bit, I even pinched myself hard.

Is there any remedy for stage fright? I really need to get out of that.

HRM Fright

Ytd, I didn't blog and tat means i've broke my promise to blog everyday. Didn't turn on my laptop ytd so.. Anyway, I'll try to blog as frequent as possible ba.

I was really shocked to noe tat my HRM exam would be based on 2 super thick textbooks Blue Ocean Strategy & Organization Behavior. BOS consists of 300+ pages with 20+ lines & OB consists abt 500+ pages with 30+ lines of mini english fonts. OMG! How am I going to complete reading these 2 books with my exams arriving in 3 weeks time?

After reading 8 pages of OB, I decided to forgo tat plan. It's really not going to work. Nobody's going to rmb all e contents tat was read. I'll jus do e past yr papers and focus on e main pts asked. Then, search for info in e 2 books. Tat's e correct studying way i guess.

Struggling to go for Crystal Jade's Dim Sum Supper buffet tis sat.

Baking Passion

I really have to mention e movie tat enforces my passion for baking. Ytd, ch & mi went to watch e movie "Julie & Julia". It's a movie adapted from two inspiring novels related to cooking from two different generations. Although it's not a movie tat has huge climates throughout but it's inspiring. At least to mi.

There were some hilarious parts where everyone laughed, including ch. Tat means it is also a not bad movie for ppl who doesn't have an interest for cooking. My conclusion was: almost all audience were food lovers or had a passion for cooking (wasn't much audience). I've also decided to blog everyday too. Hope it'll last.

Chance upon Chee Hwee (ch's big bro) & Ashley (gf) jus before e movie started, at e basement. Guess wat were we doing at tat very moment. Ch was queueing up to buy durian pancakes. For ur info, ch HATES DURIAN VERY MUCH. Den y is he queueing to buy it? For mi? Yes! But tat's only half correct. He's buying 1 more for himself too. Tat's his punishment for making mi angry. Jus imagine his expression? Super hilarious and funny.

My conclusion is: E best punishment is to let e other party to do things he/she hates e most. I find it very useful :)

I was recently hooked on a taiwan drama 痞子英雄. E main cast in e drama were really fantastic. Thumbs up for "Pi Zi", "Ying Xiong" & "Xiao Ma". Super handsome & cute guys (",)

Mid Autumn Festival Event 3Oct09

Having our quick & early dinner at The Central Long John Silver's before e crowd comes. Fantastic performance and fireworks put up by the organiser but e only flaw is tat it's simply too humid and hot there. Pls update e other pics on too :)
