Speaking, everyone knows how to do it, but not everyone knows how to speak the correct way.

Speaking with contents, it's like people with inner self. China people always say, speaking a lot would lose out. The western also have a saying, Silence is gold. Maybe silence not neccessary would see gold, but it's a way of protecting yourself.
